I saw this leather and immediately fell in love! It's a stunning leather, and it feels very sturdy - I'm certain it'll survive my ungentle use very well, and any scuffs in the leather will most likely blend in with the slightly distressed pattern.
I got the two elastic, wide spine option. I can comfortably fit four notebooks (the same size as are sold here, 64 pages of 80 gsm paper), though it does round off the spine a little bit. Keeping just two notebooks feels a bit empty - for me, the perfect middle ground is three 64-page notebooks.
As soon as I saw this embossed leather I knew I had to have it. Pictures don't do it justice. It is so beautiful with the hints of silver around the flowers and the craftsmanship is absolutely perfect. All of it hand sewn together to make the most beautiful piece of art ever! Because of the embossing I wouldn't describe the front as soft, but the inside is soft and it molds around my books perfectly. I got the six elastics in mine and I am strictly using this as my journal/scrapbook of life events. You will not be disappointed getting this TN or any TN from Rosie.
