Picture depicts work in progress preliminary work where 5 separate pieces were cut in preparation for polishing, burnishing and saddle stitching.
For those curious, this leather cover is constructed using floral embossed full-grain leather and in Premium Style. My Premium Style cover features leather book bound format; with individual hand sewn spine, fully stitched edges (all the way around) and options to add simple pen loop + leather bookmark + leather closure + interior card pockets + secretarial pocket.
