Picture depicts work in progress preliminary work where 5 separate pieces were cut in preparation for polishing, burnishing and saddle stitching.
For those curious, this leather cover is constructed using Oiled Vegetable Tanned Cowhide and in Premium Style. My Premium Style cover features leather book bound format; with individual hand sewn spine, fully stitched edges (all the way around) and options to add simple pen loop + leather bookmark + leather closure + interior card pockets + secretarial pocket.
